Carr Entertainment was formed in 2002 by sisters Lori and Kathleen Carr as a way to combine their talents in the field of storytelling. With a Midwestern upbringing and a great sense of humor they are committed to bringing uplifting and enlightened projects into the world of entertainment. Their love of the natural world and attraction to what is real make stories involving the common man and the triumph of the human spirit especially interesting. Short films Portal Vitae, Fallen Star and Outer Office have all screened at festivals. Their future film projects include two feature length screenplays they have co-written, a family sitcom idea they are pitching to the networks and an action adventure script set in their hometown. Their feature documentary This is JIM is in post-production and seeking distribution.
